Beauty, on the ground.
L'Oréal · Garnier · Maybelline · Vivienne Sabo · Dzintars
Beauty sells at the shelf. Promocell recruits, trains, and runs the beauty advisors who work that shelf — sampling, brand talks, and live demonstrations across hypermarkets, department stores, and pharmacies in the UAE. Different brands, different floors, one model: put a trained advisor in front of the right shopper, and measure every conversation.
Four brands, four floors.
From a Garnier sampling cart in a hypermarket aisle to a Vivienne Sabo counter at Watsons — each brand gets advisors trained on its own products, its own shopper, and its own shelf.

Relationships beat footfall.
Zahia City Centre delivered the highest revenue of the campaign — the advisor's existing clientele at that store was the difference, not the traffic through the door.
Demonstration moves units.
Mall of the Emirates sold 5,983 units, more than any other store, on live product demonstrations and a consultative approach at the shelf.
One range carried the campaign.
L'Oréal's Glycolic line was a top seller in six of the ten stores, and the clearest candidate to anchor the next campaign.
