UmbraCity is a smart umbrella-sharing network — borrow one from a station kiosk, use it, and return it at any other. For its Dubai rollout across RTA metro and bus stations, the technology was only half the story; someone had to stand at the kiosks and turn a curious commuter into a confident first-time user. Promocell recruited and trained that team — the brand ambassadors in UmbraCity yellow who explained the “borrow, use, return” loop, walked people through the app, and kept the network moving through Dubai's rare rainy days.
